Whether you wish to explore the possibility of selling off a part of your garden or have a larger site with potential for single or multiple dwellings of houses or apartments we can help.

We can advise you on how to navigate through the planning process, and are also able to liaise with designers, architects and the local Planning Office.

For land and site owners wanting a ‘one stop’ solution we are also able to arrange to purchase your site ‘in-house’ via our associated company. Further details are available upon request.

If you already own a plot or have a plot in mind and wish to build a home for your own occupation Christies 'Design & Build’ also provide a bespoke ‘tailor made’ service.
